Follow Sean as he does his daily routine as dancer in Tokyo.

Typical Work Day

6 - 7 am: Wake up, usual morning routine of stretching to loosen up muscles, do a quick push up, sit up work out for maybe 45 minutes. Then I look through my calendar and make sure that I'm up to date with everything I have a lot (of different things throughout the day). Since I do choreography I make sure that I'm in track. Like, "Oh do I have the choreography down, did I create this, how does it look, how can I make it look better."

12:00: I will go to work.

21:00: Finish work and then go straight to the gym after and then go to a studio and work on choreography.

23:30 - 00:30 Go home and repeat.

Days Off

On my days off, I train. I go to a dance school in Tokyo called En. I go to that school because I want to polish my dancing skills more 'cause yes, I do like a lot of contemporary dance style but I feel like I have my own like Bollywood Caribbean mix of contemporary and I want to enhance my hip hop more as well.

I train usually two times a week on learning choreography and which is been pretty hard ' cause the class is in Japanese. It's hard, especially being a foreigner taking a class.

But that's my daily routine. I would basically choreograph and train.
